Trip Overview

Start with a guided ride from San Francisco where you end up at one of the top wine events of the year at Fred MacMurrays's Ranch by Healdsburg, California.

Imagine your own personal Wine Sommelier and motorcycle tour guides on the road with you for a week. Then imagine riding through some of the most beautiful country anywhere on the best motorcycle roads known by local tour guides. Add to that staying at boutique luxury hotels in incredible places with privately planned meals by the chef at each hotel and your personal wine guy each night.

Bring whatever luggage you want, even your golf clubs and your walking shoes for sight seeing and shopping. Enjoy spa services and a wide array of optional excursions.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot on the tour, payable by credit card, money order, check, or wire transfer.

Deposits are due at least 60 days in advance (July 5, 2009). Book early to reserve your spot - hotel rooms are limited.

Full paymnent is due 30 days prior to the tour (August 5, 2009).

While many wine shops are run by one or two buyers supported by a crew that is rarely encouraged to taste the wine, Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant is a very different animal. With decades of combined wine industry experience, managing partners Debbie Zachareas, Peter Granoff, and Bo Thompson have created a wine shop that is filled with outstanding wines as well as a knowledgeable, friendly staff who knows how the wines taste!
